What does a Membership in Grand Resort Properties cost? Grand Resort Properties' revolutionary membership program is similar to a country club membership. A modest initial, one-time membership deposit and nominal annual dues allow you to choose your vacation level from as little as 7 nights to over 70 nights, and provide you with access to all of our luxury residences. The deposit is 100% refundable, as explained in the membership agreement. And similar to country club greens fees, members only pay for the nights they use. The nightly rates are similar to those charged by luxury hotels, but Grand Resort Properties' members never have to settle for just a room with a view. They enjoy an entire residence! How are reservations handled? Reservations may be made online or by contacting one of our personal guest services representatives.
